Something You Can Do When You're Feeling Anxious or Bored

Here's something you can do when you're feeling anxious or bored: Assuming you're not driving a car or operating heavy machinery, close your eyes, and with your eyes closes turn your eyes to look upward and over the left eye. Then take three deep slow breaths. Recognize that you are connecting with your higher Self, the Source of Universal Knowledge. Let the feelings you get from this connection wash over you like a peaceful warm shower of Love. Listen for any messages you may receive or watch for images. You may receive suggestions of what to do. Also, you may ask a questions and listen for an answer. Stay in this state for as long as you desire, breathing deeply and easily. Thank yourself and the Universal Source for the experience before you end the session. Then take action immediately on any insights you received, either by writing them down or doing what you are inspired to do.
